Stephen R. Bemis is a partner with Hodges & Bemis, LLP.  He has been a practicing attorney since 1998 and works primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, trust litigation, and corporate and business organization.  Mr. Bemis has assisted numerous clients in preparing comprehensive estate plans both simple and complex.  In addition, Mr. Bemis advises trustees and executors in all phases of trust and estate administration including preparation of gift and estate tax returns and litigation involving trust and estates.

He graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1995 with a B.A. in Economics and received his law degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 1998 where he graduated with honors.

He is a member of the Estate and Trust Sections of the Orange County and California Bar Associations.
